Absolutely the worst. They took out two payments from my sons account and when he called Barb told him I don't know what happened. I called she refused to speak to me even when my son was on the line giving them permission she was rude and condescending and hung up on me. I called back to speak to her supervisor she refused to give me the name and hung up on me again. NEVER BUY A CAR HERE.
