got a brand new Nissan here. Missing a piece of the front bumper and no one went over the vehicle with me. They handed me the keys and said it's around the corner. Another dealer fixed it for me. Not the best way to start off the relationship with a customer driving a $28,000 vehicle off the lot.
If you are not a white person do not shop here. These people profile. They literally called my friend a terrorist. They will be reported by my agency to the better business bureau as well as many other culturally diverse associations for anti hate. The manager Kelsey Bailey is a direct example of racism in the country. They also post cars online that they do not have on the lot in order to get you in the door to sell you a more expensive vehicle.
2000 miles on my new Pathfinder, engine light came on. I went to Andy Mohr and service said they couldn't get to it because I had no appointment. Sorry, but the car you sold me didn't make an appointment with me for the engine light either! Drove to Ed Martin and they took me right in. I've always had good service experience with Ed Martin.
Bought a car here. Very unsatisfied. The sales person was very cold and can careless about our needs. After I bought the car, I was informed that there is only one key. To add another key is $300...Also, a week after I bought the car, I noticed that the back seat was missing a seat belt!! overall, horrible experience. Will never come back again.
Beware of this dealership. My wife and I came to look a 2004 F150 Yellow Super Cab FX4, this truck is worthless. We live 2.5 hours away and called to make an appointment to come look at the truck. After talking to the used car Manger he assured us the truck was in good working order that the problems we cosmetic. He stated the truck has the check engine light on but is unsure why. His mechanics did not know what was wrong (first red flag). After arriving to the dealership we were told to take the truck to their mechanic to get checked out. We chose however to go to and independent shop to get an unbiased opinion. The mechanic we took the truck to said the truck was so bad he didn't even charge us to look at it. We were talk the truck would need a new engine, transmission, and rear end approximately $12,000 worth of work. Upon returning to the dealership the Internet manager said he knew the truck was bad and was going to take it off the lot. They lied again. The truck is still for sale they reduced the price to $6000. Stay away.
