Sometimes my car get clean great an others it's ok
Last time I went through, there was a spot that was missed and they were the ones that noticed it. They insisted I go back through at no extra charge for for their top cleaning package. Love them.
Great customer service! I went thru once and some stains remained. On my second pass thru the manager came out and personally looked at my car and noticed it was tree sap. He got a rag and cleaning fluid and cleaned the sap off himself and told me to go thru another time. It may have taken a few passes thru but they made sure my car was clean.
