Horrible dog wash. The dryer has the air pressure of a small fan, not anywhere near enough to dry either of my dogs. They were both dripping wet when we left. It would have been nice to find out that I can't dry my dogs off before I got them wet. No staff on site in the middle of the day? Whatever, I won't be coming back.
Never a wait and this place is always clean. Does a nice job as well.
I was very impressed with this place. I only used the pet wash facilities, you get several choices of washes for your dog, 15mins to wash, rinse, and dry your dog. Will recommend.
Went for the first time today, Thursday the 14th of December. Not a good first impression of the place. Went through the automatic car wash and the lights/directions never changed from green/go. It was stuck in the pre wash cycle and when it finally triggered the remainder of the services I paid for, no water shot out. Only passenger side of my vehicle got what water it had and pink soap all over my vehicle wasn't washed off at all. The car wash was finished and I was left with a half wet car that was fully covered in pink soap that quickly froze over. I had to finish the job at another car wash. I don't even think the dryer worked either! I have kept my receipt and left a message. Hoping to get a refund. I will try and give this business another chance but not for awhile or at least not go when there isn't an attendant working.
-EDIT- Received a call back from the owner of the establishment. Refund in progress. Very respectful and understanding. Will give place another shot in the future and change to 4 stars once refund is received. Thanks!
Shampoo & Conditoner wasn't full, no attendees on site. Left a note to call me for a partial refund. This happened to me 2 different times. A call would be appreciated.
