Brand new fully staffed automated and self service car wash. Competitive prices, usually no wait at all. Lot of bays for self service and also large bays for large vehicles. Behind the shell gas station
It's a nice place to wash your car at a really low cost.
Far better than the Soft Touch Auto Wash in Camby. Only reason I'm not giving this place a five star rating is that at times, the conveyor usually stalls. I was just about to enter the wash when the conveyor stopped, and I had to back out which was rough on my car.
Worst customer service I can remember. While I was in the wash the machine broke down. The employees got it up and running but just the rollers; no wash. Employees did not inform me or the other customers on what was happening or what to do after. They just went back to pushing vehicles through. This was the first time using them by the time I found my way to the office I could hear racial slurs being thrown around. Since the customer in front of me was already pulling away I can only assume that it came from the employee. "old white man"... When I asked for a rebate the employee aggressively told me he doesn't have the right to give money back. I asked if I could at least have a code to go back through he then got disgruntled with me; this then brought out my defenses. Instead of getting the code he continued to argue with me. I told him that I understand that the machine breaking was not his fault but not keeping his customers informed is. Instead of going right back to loading cars through he should have been at the exit to inform us to pull round and he would get us a code and to apologize for the inconvenience. To make it worse I was then cussed out by a man standing in the first "bay" by the office. Definitely did not feel safe. I will not be using my code. I did not trust going back through with what just happened.
