The women behind the counter are slow and very rude. The court itself does not get the papers delivered and do not notify you that they did not get them served. We are not allowed to take the law into our hands. The people that are supposed to help, that I may add, we pay them to do so, do not care. They are unprofessional to say the least.
I spoke with LT (that's her name) rude and hung up on me twice. I spoke to Joanie (manager) also rude and hung up on me. Horrible service please fire and rehire. Not one person backs this place for obvious reasons..
I spoke to Joanie manager and several others including Mary and Tiffany and they were all helpful. The Judge was always fair too.
I came here for an appointment. I was on time but its 40 mins past the time I was supposed to be here and I'm still waiting. I will never understand businesses wanting us to be on time when they don't care if they're on time.
