Crown came loose 6:00 p.m. left a message and received a call before 8:00 the next day and went right to office. All were very friendly and understanding. Replaced filling and put on temp. crown in less than 2 1/2 hours and have appointment to get perm. crown. Pain free. I don't have dental insurance so they also worked with me on the cost. Appreciated that.
What a surprising experience.... I put off going to the dentist for over 11 years and started to get really worried about my teeth. I went in for a consultation last week and as expected, needed some work done and a heavy cleaning. The reason I came back was Casey. She has a great attitude and took it as a challenge to get my teeth right. She did a great job. Dr. Kelli was professional and extremely efficient at what she does. As a person who procrastinates these sort of things (Doctor/Dentist) I am now thinking that I should have done this a long time ago. I HIGHLY recommend that anyone looks into the services this business provides. I'm going back next week to repair a broken tooth. Heck, after today... I am actually looking forward to going to the dentist..... Whaaaaat?
I was really nervous about going back to the dentist after 10 years of not going, but Dr Hinds and her wonderful staff made me feel at home. I feel like everyone truely cares about you and you're not just a patient. I recommend Dr. kelli Hinds to all my friends, family, and co-workers.
Best experience at a dentist I've ever had. Great customer service and a very nice office setting. Explained my dental insurance to me and gave me options for tackling the work I needed done.
