This is how people become afraid to go to the dentist. Teeth aren't more important than the patient's experience. Especially when working with kids.
Amazing experience. The entire staff is friendly and efficient. Summer is great with reminders and insurance information. Dr. Bullard is absolutely amazing. My kids beg me to take them to the dentist even though their teeth are good. I recommend to everyone. This is the only dentist I want my kids going to.
I'm not going to hold my screaming child down so you can work on her.
The staff need to be trained on how to work with children. In all honesty, they don't care about how the child feels they just want to get their work done. It's not okay.
My daughter has been going to this office for several years now. The staff, Dr Singh and Dr Bullard have all been amazing. If your looking for a pediatric dentist this is the place.

My 3 children are new patients at this pediatric dental office, the staff was incredibly helpful and professional.
The doctors are nice enough, but had a horrible experience with some of the assistants. I'm not sure if she was new or young, but one young assistant was very rude and not professional. I took my 2 year old daughter in and she was already very afraid of going and afraid of possibly the toothbrush which makes a loud noise. However, when my daughter became upset (to the point where she pushed the tech's hand away) instead of helping my fearful daughter and making her feel more comfortable she felt it necessary to inform me that the doctor wouldn't tolerate her behavior. She was clearly frustrated and also made me feel as if it were my fault she couldn't get any work done on her.
