The angel with silk flowers was loved at the funeral home. The grieving mother of the deceased has already decided to put it in her garden. Getting an e-mailed photo before the service is a very good idea. Thank you.

I ordered this from out of state and specifically chose the option NOT to have any substitutions.....I'm wondering if my ordering from out of state has any bearing on what was actually delivered...
I ordered the "Garden in a Glass" arrangement for my father in law in the hospital. The picture was of a tall "Terrarium" with pebbles, moss and small green plants. It was modern, simple and could be taken home and kept with little difficulty.
My husband sent me a picture of the arrangement that arrived and it was horrible. It was a large "Brandy Snifter", which I haven't seen used in a floral arrangement since the 70's.... filled with dirt and large plants that will have to be re potted. In addition, several of the cheapest flowers available (Red Carnations) were stuck in with the arrangement.... perhaps to match the Red bow tied around the snifter's stem? Ugh....
I have left a message for them to retrieve the Brandy Snifter and deliver the arrangement that I actually ordered....
Not really what I was looking for no bonsai tree just one for 60$ juniper looked worse then my 12$ Wal-Mart find looks like a funeral plants and wedding flowers over priced on some things not all
