This place w is awful. Waited in an empty waiting room 45 minutes to take a drug test, then was put in an exam room where I sat alone for another 35 minutes so they could come in, take my blood pressure and tell me I'm good to go.
They were amazing!! Mike and Lauren took great care of me. Thank you both again.
2 hour wait for a drug test. They could have given me a cup at check in and I could have easily did what I needed to do and gave it back. 2 hours is beyond ridiculous for a 5 minute visit
If it was possible to leave zero stars I would. I have never rated anything online like this before but my experience was so terrible I felt that it was my duty to help others from making the same mistake I did in going here. This clinic was hands down the worst "doctors office" I have ever gone to in my entire life. I just moved to Indiana from out of state and when I got here I got pneumonia and after taking antibiotics and cough syrup I was still left with a horrible cough after 4 weeks. I couldn't take it anymore. I was very dehydrated due to the vomiting in went in with which was one of my main complaints. I waited 2 hours just to be called back and once I was taken back I was just put in a room. I have NEVER been to a doctor's office without having a nurse talk to me about what's going on and my medical history. At the very least the nurse generally takes my vitals, blood pressure or at the very least my weight. When the doctor can into the room he barely looked at me. He looked into my ears and listened to my chest and said you have bronchitis so I will give you cough syrup. I was there because cough syrup wasn't working for over 4 weeks. I told the doctor I was also out of my regular medicine that I've been taking for over 5 years now and that I needed a couple of days worth until my appointment with a REAL doctor on Monday and he said no. So I asked where should I go then and he told me to go to the University. What university I asked because mind you I just moved here.....I barely know where a Walmart is and he just ignored me. He was as helpful as a ham sandwich. I didn't even wait for the prescription for the cough syrup because the over the counter stuff I got before I moved here was better than what this quack wanted to give me. If you want to just hand money over to wait hours to have someone ignore you and show you little to no regard for 3 whole minutes then go to this place. If you want to be treated like a person and not a number go anywhere but here!!! When did being a doctor mean you stop caring about patients wellbeing? I thought that people became doctors to help others not to just get money out of them for doing absolutely nothing. I was very upset when I left here and I will never ever go back!!!
