The placed opened at 1200. Walked in at 1204. Now it's 1315 and I'm still waiting to just be registered. Beyond slow. This is why people end up going to the ER for things like a sore throat on a Saturday.
This place is the worse... The service is bad, the wait is ridiculous before and after you're into called to a room.
I called and was told "We're a hospital, that's just how we bill." If you truly need Urgent Care the service was fine, but I'll look elsewhere thanks to deceptive billing practices.
BE CAREFUL. This establishment, despite calling themselves an Urgent Care, will still bill your insurance as a hospital outpatient visit. I'm now stuck with a $200 bill instead of what my insurance co-pay should be.
