St. Francis stop heart meds. When I was trying say something wrong. .
After dealing with the other "St. Heart- Hospital" in Indy for almost 30 years with my father, we decided to go with Franciscan St. Francis Heart Center when my mother developed heart issues. What a difference! There was no feeling like we were just another "patient on a conveyor belt". Every Dr & nurse we'd spoken with were all on the same page & were happy to answer our questions, and not in a "Hurry up, I need to get onto my next patient" manner. Bottom Line, - It's like comparing a Cadilac & a Lamborghini. Both are competent, good places, but when it comes down to focusing on the patient as a person & compassion , St. Francis is just on another level.

My stepfather was brought in Wed nite with an apparent heart attack. We were there until 2am when he passed. Dr. Cordova and the entire staff in the CCU were absolutely the best most caring professional people I have met. We were treated so kindly and like family. Truly they were light in a dark time.
