Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I have never been rushed by them. They always take their time to explain things to me so I leave understanding everything! Judy always knows who I am when I enter the office no matter how long it has been!
Chris and his staff are very helpful but State Farm is a company that no longer cares about it's customers like they used to. After making a claim the home office decided to drop me two years later because of the claim and I paid on time every month even after they raised my rates. If you make a claim the home office will hold it against you.
