Very poor service even for the cheap prices. Getting insurance certificates is impossible and communication is so very limited. Then they even stole a bit of money from me! They said it did not show on my account and would offer a refund. Then when proof was shown they stopped communication completely.
Terrible customer service. The rates are so low but I guess you get what you pay for. I have been given the run around from this agency for almost 6 months. I am going to have to find another insurance agent even if it costs me more before something happens and I I need immediate responses.
