I have stayed here a number of times in the past. I usually have a find experience. This one was more uneven than usual. There were a few particular people who gave pretty poor service and spoil the experience for my family. I'm usually a solo business Traveler so traveling with your family it's important that they have a good experience. The lobby the restaurant all look amazing. The rooms appear to be a bit dated for a hotel that's only 6 years old. Some of the staff is excellent however they seem to be very rigid about rules. They seem to be an uneven application of rules.
Great location close to Lucas Oil and convention center. Very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The High Velocity restaurant is good food and good service. This was our second stay and we will be back. 4/5 for this stay because we chose Executive Lounge access, but weren't notified prior that we wouldn't have access on Thanksgiving Day. Prior notice would've been nice, but we were provided breakfast and beverage vouchers.
Convenient location if you are in town for an event at the convention center or Lucas Oil Stadium, but a bit of a hike to Banker's Field house. Hotel is very nice. Maybe starting to show its age just a bit, and certainly not a bargain, but excellent service from housekeeping to the bartenders and hostesses. Excellent pillows.
Very friendly staff, beautiful building. Rooms were very clean and had a great view of White River Park. Bathroom was clean. Only downside was the beds. The bed was beautiful and clean, but I had issues with mattress springs jabbing me and I personally found the pillows uncomfortable. It should be noted that my fiance liked the pillows, so it might have just been a preference thing. For pricing, they give a great government employee discount that made the room very reasonable. If I ever have a conference downtown, I'm definitely going to look into the JW again.
I just got home a few hours ago and it Was a very nice short stay! Very very friendly staff!! Room was nice and clean nice view comfortable beds and bedding. Couldn’t hear any neighboring rooms.I though the elevators were extremely fast! I left my laptop while checking in at the desk was immediately notified by phone and it was brought to my room. I ordered room service it was very fast and delicious. Little pricey. Also it’s very easy to get to off of I65. The only issues I had was the very expensive parking at the hotel $43 a day and the pool is very small. But if you don’t have any kids that want to go in the pool and have plenty of money to throw away on parking at the hotel. I would highly recommend.
