Upon entering our room we were choked by this evil foul stench which sent us reeling back out into the parking lot and back to the office for a go at...another room! Our second room had all the amenities of sleeping under an overpass. No toilet paper, or towels. The sheets were crusty and smelled like a combination of sweat, sex, cheap booze, crack, meth, pot...and pubic hair all over. After critically observing this popular ebullition of ignorance we returned to our van, locked the doors and slept in the parking lot clutching my pistol.
Bad, a truck driver, and my AC quit working so I walked over for a little sleep.
Someone that was previously staying in the room must have been selling dope.
$65.00 later I got an extremely nasty room, and was worried about bed bugs all night. About 6 pm, there was a LOUD pound on the door. I answered the door in my underwear, and snatched it open asking " Can I help you " ! There were 3 white guys that claimed to be maintenance, and said that they didn't know that anyone was in the room.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Extremely unprofessional. Zero follow through, and getting them to return phone call has yet to happen. I've called 7 times and only get the disrespectful from desk lady.
Be very aware of you stay here.
Decent room for the price, attentive and personable staff, and they're quick to please their guests. Recommended!
I believe this may be WORST hotel ever. The room had NO furniture other than the bed and nightstand, No hangers, no phone, it was filthy, bathroom fixtures in tub were rusted, bathroom sink clogged, key card access terrible, room painted swimming pool blue with paint on floor, shower curtain, carpet. wife and I slept in our clothes on top of duvet fearful of what may have been under it.
