Not what we expected. Where to begin. Staff was rude to each other in front of patrons. They were not rude to me. They have 2 pitbulls where at least 1 of the dogs was outside the office area which made it difficult to enter the office without the dog running to the end of its leash, jumping up and down upon approach and making patrons nervous/afraid. The rooms....ah where to begin with that. When you enter the room the first thing you smell is cigarette smoke although the rooms are clearly marked nonsmoking. I felt it was coming from the a.c. unit. We had to turn that off despite it being 80+ degrees. Unopened condoms packages were found in the drawer and behind the night table by the closet. The carpet was not vacuumed. The same hairpins that were on the carpet from our initial entry remained there the following day. The bathroom mirror was not clean. It had splatters (of what I don't want to know) all over it. The carpets are outdated and stained. We were afraid to sleep on the bedsheets in the room. Bought our own sheets at Target to sleep on. Unfortunately it is a busy week in Indianapolis so very scarce vacancies elsewhere. We would not recommend this location

They have a really viscious dog there. The first room they rented to me had a long bloody booger on the bathroom wall. I had to raise my voice to get them to change rooms. I would have left immediately, except for the fact that I was there with a large group of other people. The floors were grungy. The sink had cigarette burns on it. I had to run the shower for 5 minutes for hot water to start. I was told the reason was that other people were not taking showers yet and the water has to come from a tank that is very far away. The pillow cases had so many stains on them that I took and put one of my shirts over it. When I got home, I had seriously painful earache. I am sure it has to do with the terrible condition of this hotel. I am a biker and I have stayed at some 2 star hotels, but this was an absolutely horrible stay! The Baymont is very close by. Go there if you value your health and dignity.

Run down hotel. Rude people

Update: After my 4 night stay I called "Ramada Limited". This place has not been affiliated with Ramada/Wyndham/Chatham Corp since 2004 despite seeing "Ramada Ltd" on my online banking for my credit card. I spoke to Ferdinanda in Indy who took my complaint and concerns. I told her it is disturbing and a disgrace that a motel can still use the Ramada name for billing/charging your credit card and phone number hence why I called Ramada customer service. It's unfortunate that people don't know this before staying here.

If you are staying here. Watch out for BED BUGS!!! Me and my children got feasted on in rooms 309/310. 1 day after staying here all had at least 8+ bite marks up and down our arms and legs. My daughter even has them on her face and neck. Also DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. We had sever weather here in Indianapolis. I stayed there due to not having power. I informed the gentlemen that I may need the room for 2 nights, but only wanted to pay for 1 night a time. To give me time to check if my power had come back on. I called the gentleman the next day and asked if the rooms were still available. I went home and had power. Well, the next day I get billed another night for 2 rooms I did not occupy. I called and the manager Johnny B was very unpleasant and refused to refund my money. He stated when I called him and inquired about the room. That I was in weird terms "reserving the room?" I was very upset, he then went on to tell me that its a lesson I need to learn and he wasn't giving my money back, and to go home and enjoy my electricity. I did not book online, did not sign anything stating I wanted 2 nights, and my receipt says 1 night. So how did they authorize a second transaction with a signature? BECAUSE THEY CAN!! So stay at your own risk. I'd recommend paying in cash and not giving them your Credit Card info as they will misuse it and cause inconvenience. "All with a smile on their faces!" Overall the rooms are tiny, A/C was rather warm ( but livable compared to outside) Very old Televisions and substandard customer service. The hotel was not full at all. I think this is the reason I was charged. They need the money. Word of advice, HOLIDAY INN is right down the road. Never had an issue with them.

Rooms were dingy and smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The owners are a little out there. Anyone who is scared of dogs don't reserve here as there is a big dog that sits outside the office all day. Also. The "warning unleashed police dogs. Open door at your own risk" signs on the gates were a little unnerving.
