Previous reviews had me convinced that it would be a decent place to stay and a great price. We got there and I immediately felt otherwise. Very shady! Very dark and off the track entrance. No good signage to find where you’re supposed to check in. Very little parking and tight spaces. Up the stairs to our room and the floor at the top of the stairs felt very mushy like the wood was rotting. Walked in and was pleasantly surprised visually but smelled so bad. Like someone smoked in there and they used anything and everything to neutralize the smell. Lots of guests outside smoking which just lingered to your room. Shady activity outside with people hanging out at their vehicles. I absolutely did not feel safe AT ALL. My son and I were there for about 1 hour and I couldn’t do it. I felt like I couldn’t put my belongings anywhere, for fear of bugs. I felt like I wasn’t going to sleep for fear of our safety. We left. I checked out. I was given a refund for the 2nd night and had to go spend $130 next door just to feel safe. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
It was fine, the parking lot was nicely lit. Someone has clearly kicked the door in at some point. It was clear from the repairs.
Could have a better parking lot. It was a bit confusing our first stay. However it was a decent stay. Always kept the room neat and didn't encounter any problems. There were small cracks in the shower wall we noticed and patched drywall in places as well.
This place is horrible. Not only did the desk worker gouge the price, the room was disgusting with splatter stains on the walls. Plus, our morning before checkout, the housekeeping just opened the door while we were getting ready. No knock or making it aware of their presence. Then they lingered and kept asking if we were checking out yet. This started 2 hours before check out
Very good customer service. The place was very clean. They provide coffee all through the night 24 hour business center and laundry. And Andy was a great help.
