The location of the hotel is good. Inside a mall so there are a lot of options for food. The room is very good, could have some more soundproof walls because we could hear the other guest on his phone. But we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
Please keep in mind photos are from AFTER our stay. Room was excellent and homey. I really like coming into a room that is not freezing cold or way too hot. We checked in very late, after a concert downtown actually. Great night of sleep. Close to shopping and dining too.
Pretty nice hotel and staff. The only problem is that you can clearly hear all the talking from the room next door. I heard all my neighbor conversation on the cellphone from 11.30 pm to 12am.
Excellent location, attached to the mall. Wonderful service and pet friendly! They were very accommodating with pets. Service was excellent and was very clean all around. Very upscale lobby with a bar and food. Will stay there again.
I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels for cheaper. The main lobby looks nice, and the staff member at the front desk was very nice and professional. The rooms could really use an update. The window was very drafty and we were constantly cold due to the 20 degree air flowing in. Room seems a bit dated, and the bathroom needs work. Mainly the walls and needs a new tub. In today’s day, WiFi could be free, as it is in most lower budget hotels.
