I was there for my annual company meeting, and it was a great experience. We had a meeting room for a full day and were provided two meals, and all parts of the experience were great. The staff was kind and helpful, the food was delicious - one of the best omelettes I've ever had for breakfast!, and the space was great. We were really able to take control of the layout and have it be a very familial feel instead of just have it be tables in a board room. Awesome. My only complaint is that the room had no protection from the afternoon sun. Some drop down shades would be a life changer. The room turned into a roasting pit from about 2PM on.
The hotel is beautiful with spacious rooms and friendly staff. My father has a crazy coffee addiction and the front desk and housekeeping staff have all been very nice about resupplying him with k-cups as needed. I've also really enjoyed the fruit infused water available in the lobby. Overall, it's been a lovely hotel experience.
Public areas are modern and engaging. Staff is nice and competent. Rooms/cleaning are very poor. Detailed below. -Blood drops on the duvet. -Thermostat was not operational. Staff offered to switch rooms, but it was not unpleasant temperature. So we stayed. -Very thin walls/windows. You can hear your neighbors talking, Hotel is next to active train track. You will hear trains. -Bathroom was modern, but not pleasant. Shower leaked no fan. -Room is not inviting. Modern with hardwood floors. Wish it was carpeted for the sound dampening alone. Expected a bit more overall, and cleanliness is a must. I would not stay again.
Excellent experience at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was centrally located. Rooms were spacious and well designed, with comfortable beds and furniture. The decor was lovely, with beautiful artwork and design touches throughout. Also had a great experience at the bar, world class cocktails served by friendly staff in a unique setting. Highly recommended.
Attended a wedding and reception in the ballroom and dining area. The was beautiful and the chandelier in the ballroom was beautiful with the wedding. The food at the reception was amazing! With a mashed potato bar serving delicious purple potatoes! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would go back again if I have the chance. 10/10
