Domino's Pizza, 1505 N Arlington Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46219. I ordered online, and it took them an hour to tell me it would be another hour before I got my delivery. I talked to the manager who offered to cancel my order, refund my money and give me a $25 gift card for my next purchase. My order was for $22.35. So, since he told me my pizza was ready and only waiting on the driver to pick it up, I suggested that he just send the order, refund my money and not issue the $25.00 credit. That was not acceptable to him. He just couldn't see how that made any sense. He was rude and seemed like he didn't care about his business at all. EVEN THOUGH IT WOULD HAVE SAVED HIM A BUCK AND KEPT ME AS A CUSTOMER! I ended up telling him to cancel the order, and refund my money. He promised the refund within 48 hours. I will post again to let the rest of you know if his word was any better than his customer service skills.THE DAYS OF 30 MIN OR IT'S FREE ARE TRULY DEAD.
Horrible customer service. Picked up the pizza as they said they were behind in deliveries, no problem. However, got back to the office with the pizza and found long strands of black hair in the dough of the pizza. Called the store and was told by the cashier the manager said she cut the pizza and she didn't see anything. The cashier then proceeded to say that we could bring the pizza back to the store for them to look at and possibly refund us for the pizza with the hair on it. The hair the pizza was long strands of weave cooked into the dough and coming out of the cheese. Several people had already had a slice prior to seeing the hair.
8-24-2017- Still no call back from the management to provide a resoultion
A couple of weeks ago. I ordered online it took 1 hour and half to deliver and they didn't have my drinks, my food was cold, and wasn't made properly. Called to ask for a refund on my drinks. The lady was filling in at this location from another location because everyone had called in, she was super nice apologized offered a 25.00 credit to make it right. So fast forward to 8/10/2017. Order my food online, called to to apply my credit. That is when my order which totaled 24.87 would be 3.87. When I question why since i had 25.00 credit The assistant manager zero put the phone down proceeded to cuss me out to his co-worker because I was trying to get something for free. Came back on the phone to tell me that Uncle Sam doesn't give taxes for free. I ask for his name and his store managers name. He ask if there was a problem I informed him that I heard him cuss me out. His response was Hell yeah I did cause you want something for free. I ask him to cancel in my order because at this point I don't trust them to make my food with out tampering with it. I was owed a credit because they didn't provide me with the items that I ordered on the previous order. This was the worse experience I have ever had with a restaurant. I believe that everyone needs a job but Assistant manager Zero needs to go work somewhere he don't have to deal with people. I called corporate they was suppose to forward my complaint to the franchise owner. I am still waiting on a response from a representative. Hopefully the Store Manager Dennis is a better person than his assistant
I went in to order a pizza for my family and there was only one worker. He was by himself with no help. There was a line and he had to take orders and make the food. I was upset , not with the hard worker but with the establishment. How could the management team of this Dominoes expect one worker to do the job of many? He deserves a raise for all of his hard work. I wouldn't recommend anyone order from this location. TERRBILE MANAGEMENT
I try not to ever leave bad reviews, but this was a really not a good experience. First, I knew it would be a wait, this is why I didn't pay attention to anything before the "perfection check". I waited well over an hour for my order. My order was stuck in the limbo of "perfection check" for 30+ minutes, and then delivery for another 40+ minutes. I called the store after about 20 minutes (of delivery limbo) to let them know I don't have a porch light. The guy on the phone was short and repetitive with me, slightly rude if you ask me. I wasn't trying to be an a-hole just trying to make sure if the driver had trouble they knew what could be a problem because I was worried that was the problem (the store is less than 5 minutes from my house and I factored in another delivery or so). It is dark on my street so I was outside waiting as soon as it said "out for delivery" 20 minutes go by and I am thinking "I hope they didn't miss my house". The driver came about 20 minutes after I called. He parked about two houses down with a light (I guessed this would happen, this is why I went out as soon as it said out for delivery). As soon as I knew he was at the wrong house I asked if he was from Dominos, and told him that it was my order. He literally ran over to bring my pizza. He is the reason I give the 2 star not just 1. The delivery driver, I really appreciate, but my pizza was cold (I had a feeling it would be) and honestly not that good. The toppings were a little skimpy. This is my second time ordering from this location but my first time actually getting my food. Last time I had to cancel because they said they had no driver. I get that too. I wasn't worried and just figured something else out. I don't think I will order from this location again. I really like Domino's pizza too, I guess I will just get it from the place by my work for now on.
