Food is fine, but always takes over an hour for delivery. Not freaky fast AT ALL.
I ordered a sandwich to be delivered at 12:30-12:45. I got a call and a text at 11:52 asking me if the deliverer could bring it early. I’m working that is why I scheduled a time. I was 5-10 minutes late to start my lunch break which usually starts at 12:30. I work in a library so obviously my phone has to stay on silent. The delivery guy was here at 12:30 I guess and I was down at the door at 12:40. He was gone. He seriously couldn’t wait 10-15 minutes?! HE WAS HERE FOR 5 MINUTES AND I TEXTED HIM 4 MINUTES AFTER HIS LAST CALL!!!!! When I called the building to let them know I didn’t receive my food they made it sound like it was my fault. THIS IS A 6 FLOOR BUILDING THE ELEVATORS AND ESCALATORS GO SLOW MAYBE WAIT LONGER THAN 5 MINUTES!!!! NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Where a place like Subway gives you a fair selection of sandwhich prototypes to pick from, which you then add exactly what toppings you want, Jimmy John's has a good selection of completed sandwiches on the menu so you don't have to think heavily about what toppings you do want because the completed sandwiches are already well dialed-in. You can request additions or modifications if you desire, but the standard sandwiches, as described on the menu, are already good.
One thing I personally enjoy when I'm trying to save money is the day-old bread loaves that can be purchased for $0.45 ($0.49 after tax). That type of smart business decision allows the company to mitigate potential losses that would occur with having to dispose of accidentally overproduced bread. The company is capable of recouping those costs and probably even making a profit, and the public is capable of buying good quality, cheap bread.
Ordered a week later by internet, and 40 minutes later it wasn't there. Order never came, store hung up when I called. Luckily I got the charge reversed on my credit card. If zero stars were possible, I'd give this place zero stars.
Hit or miss. Bone heads answering the phones. Slow delivery. Subs are good. Service is hurting.

3 months later I ordered from here. Almost an hour later and no delivery... still freaky slow.
Freaky slow, freaky rude review had it right, sad to say. Worst dining experience ever. In person there was a young girl eating a sub behind the register and loudly saying "No way, I already on break"
