The service is grate, but it would have been better if i didnt catch food poisoning.
I placed an order 2 hours ago and I received part of it an hour ago. I checked my stuff to find it had stuff missing so I call the restaurant and they said they would fix it another hour has passed and we still haven't received the rest. It's been 2 hours. To make it all worse we are at Riley Hospital with our daughter who is about to have surgery and these inconsiderate people won't fix our order.
The worst online ordering experience I've ever had. Followed by rude and unhelpful staff. Go out of your way to avoid this place and save yourself about 2 hours.
When we called, again, to find out why it still wasn't here, she told me she canceled my order without bothering to inform us that she had done so, said that we asked for it to be canceled, told me that I wouldn't get my money refunded for 5 days, talked over me the whole time, and then hung up on me. I had to call yet again to get her name, and they were laughing about this when they answered. By far the most unprofessional and all around awful experience I have ever had with ANY restaurant.
Oh, we were only 5 minutes from the restaurant. 2 hours passed and they couldn't get a single pizza delivered 5 minutes away.
Over an hour after my order should have arrived, we called to find out where it was. The gal on the phone was rude, told us there was a "2 hour hold" on pizza, despite the confirmation I had saying 1:29, and refused to answer simple questions like "When will the pizza be here?"
The service is hit or miss.... usually a miss. A bunch of college kids who like to be on their phone. But the food is good.... just your average Pizza Hut with chicken wings.
