I ordered online, and I completely understand that the times they give you after you online could be a little later. I waited about 45 minutes after the time the computer gave me. Whatever, I'm pretty easy going. I call saying that "they" told me that it would be delivered at 12:18 (also mentioning that I ordered online). The guy went on to say "Who's they? People told you that or a computer told you that?" Let me be clear, he did not say it nicely. I said "a computer told me that as I ordered online." He said "Okay well where was it going?" I told him "9 on Canal." He says "Okay well I have no idea where 9 on Canal is so where was it going?" I give him an address. He says "Yea, I believe a driver was out there and couldn't get a hold of you." He then proceeds to tell me a number that was not remotely close to my number. I say "That's not my number that I put in." He goes "Well I'm only telling you what you put." I go "You know what, you can cancel my order because you're being rude." He says "Well give me your number." I say no, but then reluctantly give him my number thinking he needs it to cancel my order. He says "Okay someone will be there shorty." I say "No, I want it cancelled." So he hangs up.....Now I'm on hold and have been for 8 minutes....I will NEVER EVER EVER be going back.
Best pizza in town. Service is fast.
if i could give it more then 5 stars i would just order here 30min ago the food was absolutely mouth watering delicious came hot and ready i recommend this over any pizza company never tasted anything like this 10 stars
Oh my gosh!! This pizza is soooo great!! And the customer service, A1! The employee Matt was great. We told him it was our first time and he gave us a complete rundown of pricing and customer favorites!! I will def be coming back here soon. Wow I did not expect the pizza to be that good!!
We stayed in a hotel in downtown Indianapolis and spent a lot of time looking at menus from local restaurants. We did not want to spend a ton of money on dinner that night so we opted for pizza. The hotel had coupons so we decided to try it! There were a variety of items on the menu and we thought it was very affordable. It was hot and the delivery was quick. The breadsticks were good and the pizza was decent. We would order from here again if we were in town.
