Never ever rent here or any other budget truck. They don't return your deposit when they are supposed to. It takes forever. And the deposit is like 3 times the cost it tells you it will take to rent the truck. You spend half an hour on hold when you call to figure out why it's taking so long and they end up charging you more than what you are quoted online. Just go to U Haul it's just so much better in real life. Moving is already stressful and budget truck just makes it worse.
