Organized, upfront. No surprises about routes available, training, cpm etc. Everyone was nice and helpful. Great hotel and no room sharing. Would apply again.

I quit recently and went to drive local but I wanted to give an honest review of my time with Knight even though it was short. I'm saying three stars for the simple fact that there wasn't consistency with my paychecks. Everything was good at first but then things started going downhill. Your experience will really depend on how good of a DM you get. Unfortunately for me I didn't want to deal with the refrigerated side not doing their job sometimes. Also don't buy into the hype about being part of a family at any mega carrier. You're just a number and the quicker you realize that the better. Drivers are easily replaceable by some new person coming straight out of truck school. For the new drivers coming in just get your experience and move on.
