Daniel, DeSean, and Clay were amazing! They arrived within the appointed time window and did an initial walk through and explained what the would be doing to ensure that nothing was damaged. Once we arrived at our new home, we did another walk through so that the furniture was placed in the correct rooms. They were very courteous and made an all around stressful event much more easy.
The most awful experience I have ever had. These guys have done 3 moves for members of my family and things were fine. I called them to set up a move. Told them in only had 5 things but that they were all very heavy and would require several strong guys (pinball machine, 2 safes, a large heavy wood bar that they had previously moved for me into the basement). I explained all this on the phone to them. Saturday rolls around and 2 skinny guys show up and go, yeah we aren't moving that. I got Andrew on the phone and he came out to my house looked at my stuff and said we need more guys and they would do it Monday. I explained I had to be out of the house by Sunday evening at 8pm and he still couldn't fix his mistake. So we set it up for Monday morning. Monday rolls around and Andrew is the only guy who shows up, nobody else at all. Not 1 other guy. Excuses about guys might be at office blah blah blah but knowing the gravity of the situation and us being told the entire crew would be there if needed we go NOBODY!!!! So I call him to find out what's going on and I get exudes about how the paperwork says the safes only weigh 100 lbs, this is really my fault and not all theirs. Etc etc. I said he could find the recorded call of when I set this up and it would prove I said multiple times how heavy the things were. Well, they stopped returning my calls, stopped communication, wouldn't do anything to get the situation resolved. Told me the quote would have to increase but then he still couldn't get to me for another week. So my stuff got left at the house and now the buyers of my old house have a $10,000 bar for free that we could not move out or schedule other companies on zero notice.
Although the movers were about an hour late I understood-it was raining furiously that day and they were committed to getting the previous family loaded before they got to me. As it was they got there at 2:00pm and they had been working since 8:00am and they DIDN'T EVEN STOP ON THE WAY TO MY HOUSE FOR SOME LUNCH! Now, to me, that is dedication to the customer. And they worked VERY hard every minute they were there. I ordered them some hearty sandwiches because I knew they HAD to be hungry but they didn't even touch the food until they were finished which was around 5:00 I think. So they worked very hard, and did a great job of fitting the furniture in. Their names were Jordan, LaRon and Chris. Thanks guys!!!
Leaders Moving was excellent. I chose them based on reviews and I was happy with my choice. They were able to work with our short notice and were a competitive price. Our movers were prompt, respectful, and diligent. We will recommend Leaders moving to all of our friends and family.
Horrible horrible experience and would never ever have these guys handle a move of any of my stuff or anybody yours of any value other than simple boxes. I'm out $10k and short of suing people I will never see my bar or my stuff. Crushing experience. Don't ever rent from these guys
