Lastly, if you decide to use this company don't bother with the insurance. They destroyed our desk (never told us it was damaged, just put it in the corner and surrounded it with boxes) and broke support beams to our bed frame. We filed the claim the next day (7/16/17) and we just heard from them (10/9/17) even though they promised a 3 week turnaround time from claims. We called them several times and they were either ducking our calls or don't check their voicemail, either way not very professional. To no ones surprise, they didn't cover anything they broke.

If you're moving and looking to save money either go with the bigger moving companies (their quote may be a little higher, but at least its accurate) or rent a truck and hire help yourself

This was by far the worst moving company I have ever used. First, we were told we would have 3 movers... 2 arrived. We were estimated 3.5 to 4 hours of labor, it took them 7. My fiancee was with the movers most of the day but whenever I would stop in to check the progress they were either not moving anything or moving at a snails pace. When we called to complain they ended up giving us $50 back, but they almost doubled the estimated quote.

I was with a friend while this company moved her furniture. They moved things very slowly and one mover wore pants that did not fit and kept falling off. He also kept calling my friend honey, sweetie, and baby. Very unprofessional. Due to the move being so slow it came to a point where my friend had to pay more money! I feel as though this is not fair. If it would have been me I would have told them to leave. I will go elsewhere. At the end, one of the men were creepy ans flirty towards my friend. I would not recommend this company! They do not act professional or seem to know what they are doing.
