David, Fred and Mitch arrived on time, were very professional. Worked continuously to complete moved in a timely. I have used United for the moves over the past 28 years and will use Planes the next time I move.
Great service all around during every aspect of the move from Indy to Chicago. Very helpful team before, during, and after the move, extremely satisfied with everyone involved with the entire process. Doubt we're moving again any time soon, but will be contacting the Planes branch in Chicago first if so :)
This was the best local move i ever had. David the lead understood what i needed and made it happen. Whatever i needed i got. They worked quickly and wasted very little time. Nothing was damaged in the process. You could not ask for a better move. It was as close to perfect as you could get.

As we unpacked, for the first time I found nothing broken or packed without care. The loaders were great! Very professional. The driver was exceptional and trustworthy.
