I called to see how much a unit was agreed to come in and see it. Changed my mind due to some events called and told them I couldn’t come in. Got a bill in the mail for two months that was due. Never moved in, never stepped on the property. Called and they had to look into it before canceling the bill. They called me back and said yes we see you never moved in or took possession of the unit, well yes. Why would you bill someone that you know never actually took the unit.....
I believe Storage Express has the best security setup I have ever seen. I feel safe any time of day or night dropping off, or picking up items in my storage unit. Les
