My brother had his wedding reception here. It's pretty nice. They keep the gym pretty busy, so you have to gauge when you go if you want to use it. I spoke with Amber at the front desk and she noted that the weight room and gym are always (practically) empty on Friday. So I'd try then if you plan on playing some basketball or using the facilities and prefer a little bit of quiet.
A true family center!! I see families from all ethnicities at the Gardens.
