I was having some lower back pain from improper lifting and being out of shape in general, so my doctor referred me to Downtown Physical Therapy. Bryce and his intern are great and my back has improved significantly since coming here. I really like that despite being in dress clothes, he does the exercises right along with me. He keeps track of several metrics of my progression and uses technology to help me at home. My take home workouts are sent right to my phone! Not to mention the fact that his office is extremely convenient for anyone who works/lives downtown...
