Came for a drug test. Absolutely nicest and up-beat staff I've encountered during a drug test, from the front desk to the techs. Fast and efficient as well. Highly recommend!
I was scheduled on a Friday and was told after completing the paperwork and waiting a few minutes that the TSpot couldn’t be done because the next day was Saturday. The following Monday I was informed by my employer via email that the Concerta staff reported me leaving without completing the test. I was highly disappointed and perturbed that a staff would provide false allegation. When I returned, it took about over an hour to get everything done.
The Doctor was fine great bedside manner..... it was a long wait...but was told that when I checked in... I couldn't breath due to allergies...had taken Advil cold and sinus for weeks...had to pay$75.. and wait 3 hours in order for the doctor to tell me go to Target and get Flonase...not even a sample....on a good note I was able to go to work not miss a day...
Dr Perrin is very professional and the staff is amazing! Sam made my visit so much easier and prompt and explained the whole process to me
Everyone was nice and the place was clean. I didn't like the fact that when I took the drug test the first time the elderly woman picked up my cup and said it was unacceptable. Had to drink 40 oz and sit for an hour and half just to pee again. Meanwhile , I left work to take this drop. Almost peed on myself. Waited another 5 to 10 minutes just for her to come back to me. There were not a lot of people. I didn't see the reason to why I had to wait to pee again if she was just gone pour what I peed into the cup , into 2 other smaller cups the second time.
