OMG!! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL! !!!THE VIDEO ON THEIR WEBSITE IS TOTALLY FAKE!! THE RESIDENT'S ROOMS ARE NOTHING LIKE THAT!! THE PLACE IS FILTHY!! I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY ARE ALLOWED TO EVEN STAY IN BUSINESS!! I SAW A DIRTY LUNCH TRAY SITTING ON TOP OF A CLEAN LINEN CART AND IT WAS DINNER TIME!! HARDLY ANY GLOVES IN THE ROOMS, DIRTY LINEN, TRASH CARTS SITTING IN THE HALLS FULL FROM THE SHIFT BEFORE!! NO PADS OF ANY KIND ON BEDS!! THEY PILE UP BLANKETS AND SHEETS UNDERNEATH THE RESIDENTS INSTEAD!! I EVEN SAW SOMEONE ROLL A COPY/FAX MACHINE AND PLUGGED IT UP N THE HALLWAY!! 1 RESIDENT SAT WITH A DINNER TRAY IN FRONT OF 4 45 MINUTES BEFORE SOME 1 HAD TIME 2 EVEN FEED HER!! NEVER ENOUGH HELP RUNNING A WHOLE UNIT WITH ONLY TWO NURSING ASSISTANTS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! I REALLY FELT SORRY FOR ALL THAT HAVE 2 LIVE HRRE!! DISGUSTING!!
We were the ems crew that dropped a patient off there. The nurse was so rude and had no time for us to bring a patient back to the floor. It was an inconvenience for her. And she wouldn't take the time to let us out the front door. The nurses here are rude. Don't let your family member stay here
