This (last) time, not as great. Service techs were professionals. The issue was that it took 3 trips and 7 hours total to flush the water heater, because there was multiple issues getting parts to flush. There is definitely a disconnect here.
My past experience, prior to this fall has definitely been 5 stars! I have loved doing business with a locally owned company and owner has been very accessible.
Service Plus hit it out of the park. Great price versus competition for full system - 4 ton A/C, 18 SEER Furnace and 75 Gallon Water Heater, with two in-line humidifiers and new thermostat. Team of 5+ reps here all day and completed everything. Cleaned up and kept clean during service. Could not be happier. Great customer support.
My belief is that a company with happy employees has happy customers so I’m concerned with the future of this great company.
We've been using Service Plus for our home for the last few years and couldn't be happier. They offer competitive rates and finish jobs quickl, and the jobs are done correctly the first time. They're happy to answer any questions and are always on time.
I have nothing but good things to say about this company. When I've needed help they've been there in a hurry and taken good care of me. The price for service has always seemed reasonable. Friendly, competent technicians who get your AC or heat running again when you need it! I've had the pleasure of working with Gabe and Matt. If you get one of them assigned to your needs, you're in good hands.
I have used Service Plus for several different types of services over the past two years and they have always been professional, courteous and really helpful in explaining what the problem is and how to fix it. Gives options for the service and also has lent space heaters recently when the temperature dropped and parts weren't going to come in until after the weekend. Gabe and Dustin did a really good job and always called to let me know when they would arrive. I will continue to call them for any type of service they offer.
BOTH Service techs voiced concerns with the new process of getting parts. And, They don’t think they are being heard on this.
