It's dark, straightforward, and to the point. You won't catch the latest Star Wars movie here but you will get up close and personal with some well-known and underground metal and hip hop acts. They serve beer now, too! It's just a big pit; a former theater with all the seats removed. There are no frills here, but really - why would you want any?
If you like hard rock this is the place 4 u. Mostly local bands but they have some B rated bands come through. I used to be at this place EVERY weekend when I was younger.
I used to go to this venue from time to time in the past but got tired of it. The acoustics in this building are terrible and it is almost always overcrowded and overheated. Bathrooms are a mess. Safe parking is not exactly an option. And they changed the policy to where now once you get in you can't go back out for a break or something to eat anymore. Honestly you are better of going somewhere else.
Went to the Rittz concert here and was not impressed at all! While he was a great performer the venue was definitely sub -par. Cob webs and dust everywhere, paint peeling off the walls, and the sound quality was very poor. You could barely understand most of the words and their where no trash cans anywhere. Probably won't come back here, and definitely wouldn't recommend it.
This is a dump. Great acts but trashy dirty place. Restroom floor slopes 10 different ways and urine covered. Also no receptacles to dispose of empty cans, glasses, or trash. Wont waste my time or money here again.
