My first experience was relatively positive, in that I was able to park without any issues. Unfortunately the lot isn't well maintained or organized. Finding an attendant to pay, then needing to walk back to your vehicle is a pain, especially if you're at the back of the lot. The maintenance of the lots means that your shoes and pants are sure to be a muddy mess by the time you walk out of the lot.
Well, we pulled in wed, all cool. Parked, caught the shuttle to the convention center. Came out and caught the shuttle back to the lot. Thursday, no problem. Friday, all kinds of stupid happened. First, shuttle driver said its quicker to walk, so I did. Mistake #1

So, somewhere along the way, the deal changed on us. Bunk.
Later that day, 3 of our party that don't get around too well were told that the street was closed and there would be no shuttling.
After emails went unanswered, I called the company to request a refund for the pre-purchased parking that was refused. The gentleman that answer stated they weren't at fault for the police turning vehicles away, despite his own admission that their lots were indeed full, and refused to provide any clarification before hanging up on me.
My second experience was far worse. I pre-ordered a parking pass and was turned away at the gate, saying they grossly underestimated the amount of parking they required (they had 1400 spots, but needed to park 6000 vehicles). Local law enforcement blocked off the gate of the parking lots and were instructing people to find parking elsewhere as they were completely full.
Was really worried when we found out we were going to have to park and shuttle to Gencon but there was no need. You guys have been great. We rarely had to wait more than a few minutes for a shuttle and they have been fast and friendly. Thank you for making it a great experience.

I've purchased parking at this lot twice, for two different multi-day events where Gate Ten partnered with the event organizer. The main lot is competitively priced and located near the Lucas Oil Stadium. The overflow lots are far walk or long shuttle ride to the stadium.
