Very friendly, but that's all that was positive about my experience with them. To put it short, they charged me an extra $91 for miles that I didn't put on the vehicle. When they finally refunded me, they refunded $77 (the actual amount that I should have been charged.) It could have been an honest mistake, but twice in a row makes me doubt the integrity of the people at this location.
