In my experience, the staff at Zip City have never been anything but super friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and professional about their business while also making sure all participants have a great time. They are so accommodating to kids, whether by making jokes with them, jumping on the trampoline with them, and just overall making them feel comfortable and excited!
This place is awesome for kids of all ages. Zip lines, trampolines, rock wall, laser tag soccer and beer! What more can I say? Safe play for the kids.. A new play zone for toddlers too! If you haven't brought your kids here, pack them into the caravan and bring em! You or your kids won't regret it!

Cool place overall. Was a little disappointed they didn't have knocker soccer as advertised on their website and social media. Staff seems to hate their jobs. The friendliest person was the girl that greeted us asking if we had been there before. She actually explained to us what we needed to do. Everyone else was either yawning as they spoke to us (literally), this was the person we paid for our arm bands with, scrolling on their phones (girls in the concession) or just looked miserable being at their jobs. The guy at the laser tag didn't explain how it worked at all, the guys at the zip line didn't as much as offer a smile when my son backed out of going, only gave emotionless expressions as we walked away. Cool concept of a place, but needs better, happier more exciting staff.
There is also a great special for college students: $17.95 for 3 hours plus a free water bottle (when you present your college ID).
We were invited a birthday party there.Kids loved it, huge area to have fun,trampoline, zip lines, rock climbing wall and laser tag game couple of things ones can experience there.Safe environment, helpful, educated staf.
Took my godchildren. He's 16 & she's 11. Was there for 2 hours and both enjoyed themselves. Seen many people of different ages having fun.
