He guided me the whole way and made the process very easy to navigate. No headaches or hiccups at all, and I've heard there can be many in the home buying world. My husband and I recently found out that we were moving to Indianapolis from Boston. We reached out to a few realtors and selected Amanda at Remax Metro as the one we wanted to work with. BEST DECISION EVER! She immediately set up a Skpe with us and gave us access to her portal so that she could get an idea what style home and price we were looking for. We flew into town and only had 2.5 days to look at homes. (We ended up looking at 26 homes in two days!) We met up with Amanda on a Friday morning at her office and she had completely mapped out the next two days that we were going to spend with her. She had prepared detailed maps of the city and neighborhoods with each home numbered and the order set that we would visit them. It was obvious that this had taken HOURS of prep time. The next two days were a bit of a blur, but Amanda had neverending energy, compassion and knowledge that was a godsend during what could have been a very stressful time. She was always "on top of it"..... Finding answers to questions as soon as we asked them and planning out what to do next. We found a home that we loved and she made the whole process of buying it simple and efficient with best practices and personal referrals. She even left us a gift basket the day we arrived! Amanda has been in contact during our first few weeks here and been making sure that we are settling in and helping out when we need anything -- making us feel that we made a true friend instead just making her a sale. The only drawback to working with Amanda is that she has set the bar of excellence so high that no other realtor in the future will be able to reach it!
I have worked with several agents at this office and can say hands down, they have the coolest fun and modern office and agents in the city. Monika Mueller, the principle at the office, is a wiz at problem solving for her agents should your transaction get snagged. Overall, you really get the feeling that they care about you instead of just trying to make a buck. If you need a realtor, choose any single agent at this Remax Metro office. They pretty much all rock :)
