Diane was awesome! She was just an amazing woman to work with. Very friendly and she always kept the facility clean. If I ever need to go back it would be because of her!

Very friendly staff! I was in a rush to get a storage unit, and Diane made me feel at ease. She was able to talk me through my options, and get me into my drive up unit the same day. She was very friendly and attentive towards myself as well as my daughter. She made me feel at ease with choosing their units. With security cameras as well as security codes to gain access to the units I feel I made the right decision by choosing simply self storage!

I have to say, this is great storage unit. I've been with this location for several years and I can tell a good unit between a bad one. It's very secure, monitored and sits back in a quiet and unassuming location.
I was greeted by Anthony with a very warm smile and friendly attitude. He made my day start of wonderful. It's nice to know now days that there are still nice friendly people out there. He has a great attitude and would definitely recommend this to others. From what I learned, he is just a fill in at this location. He gets an A+ in customer service in my book.
