Alex was so helpful at the last minute in fixing a mix up in the passenger information and again when my husband thought he lost his passport in Miami just before boarding the plane to Aruba. His patience and calm voice helped me not panic and I did find it in the pocket of a bag that he swears he did not put it in. All went well for us from there! They are everything you are looking for in a travel agency, and they have the resources of a large travel company to assist with special requests. Highly recommended if you are in central Indiana.
