My only experience was for an emergency in the wee hours of the morning. My dog, a 14 year old diabetic, presented with a bloated stomach. My worst fear came true; her stomach had twisted. The vet explained what would happen, step by step, if I chose surgery. She then explained that given my dog's age and being a diabetic, her odds of survival were very low. Once I had all the facts, I made the difficult decision. I am thankful for their patience with me and know that, given the situation, they gave my dog the best care possible in the short time she was there. I contacted my own vet the next morning, explaining the details and he was in complete agreement with their assessment and the decision I made. I hope to not have to make another visit with my other dog, but if an emergency occurs at night, I'll know who to contact.
Unfortunately, we had to put our 14.5yo malteese poodle down while visiting Indianapolis a week ago and chose this clinic as they were open on Sundays and had the best prices from the calls we made. Our experience was as wonderful as we could ever have hoped. The entire staff of nurses and the doctor who saw us were so kind and gracious. We were not regular patients, but they treated us as if we had been for years. Continually, they asked if we needed more time to say our goodbyes and made sure we were comfortable during this difficult time with no rush whatsoever. They also took plenty of time to get to know us and share our memories of our precious little dog before leaving, even shedding tears with us. We HIGHLY recommend this clinic as they showed us that they care much more about the well being of our pets than just being a business. And we must add that we received a beautiful card in the mail only days later with 3 hand-written notes from the nurses and doctor that treated us during our visit offering their sympathy and condolences. We were extremely impressed with this clinic.
Thank you so much to the caring staff at Noah's Animal Hospital for taking such great care of my sweet 14 year old dog, Cooper in his final moments. The staff was so good with him and with my husband and I and I am so grateful. I received a beautiful card from the three staff members who cared for us with beautiful messages to me. It touched my heart and I thank them so much. They made a very upsetting situation bearable and it meant a lot to me. Thank you. Brooke Freeman
I just recently took my 11year old cat there yesterday because she couldn't walk ad in pain. They took my cat away and did an exam of $89 and said she has a failing liver and in critical condition and they said it $1500 and more to fix her and because I don't have the money to pay down the same day then send my cat home to die and she died that same night. I believe animals have just enough right to life as we do. But money is more important to them than a dying cat to them.its makes me really angry cause I loved her. RIP brownie
