They staff is very concerned and interactive in regards to my puppy. Always on time and will spend time with me and the puppy to make sure all questions are addressed. Very pleased.
The self-wash dog wash is amazing! First time I've used one and they had everything you'd need including things you wouldn't think of like aprons. The shampoo and conditioner are on sprayers which makes it so easy to get on the dog. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The groomer clipped my very difficult dog's nails easily. Thank you, Paw Patch!
The staff and veteranians are so knowledgeable and caring. They make sure you understand all your pet's health needs and work with you to help achieve them. If your pet is ill, the doctors take the time to explain the problem and course of treatment in terms that you can understand. If there is a financial issue, they work with you on that too! I would not trust my cats to any other veteranian service than Paw Patch! They are awesome!!
We bring 2 cats to The Paw Patch and could not be happier with the care they provide. The staff all display the best combination of professional and caring for our pets. We are always quickly assigned a room, the staff know plenty of tricks to help my pets behave in the office, and I leave with a detailed report of each cat's health. My pets have had surgical follow-ups with Dr. T; I trust him completely with them. I highly recommend The Paw Patch.
i've known dr. erik tiskland for over 20 years now and he's the best vet i've ever come across and he and his team all love our pets and do whatever they can for them to keep them happy and healthy as long as possible....wonderful people taking really good care of our precious pets....give them a try.....i think you'll love them as much as i do...smile!
