I purchased a vehicle with a trade-in. The Salesman told me that he would sell the vehicle for a specific amount, but once he seen the amount of the check then he raised the asking price. I explained that i I asked about the engine light being on the vehicle i was purchasing, but i was told that it didnt mean anything unless the light was flashing. I was also told that the low tire pressure indicator on the vehicle did not mean anything, and the tires are good. I took it to the tire shop and was told it had bad tires. I told him that the radio did not work and he said that they would fix it and pay for the install. i went to get the radio fixed, and then he said i had to pay for the install. i explained to him that i did not agree, so he said he would only pay half even though that was not our agreement. Then i kept calling and he kept giving excuses about the mechanic and electronic guy being in the hospital and at the same time and he would call me. He would never call me, so i would have to contact him. I then talked to the receptionist on the phone who told me that it would be the same radio or better that they would replace, but it was not a radio that would work for the car once i went to the dealership to see about the install. The salesman kept telling me he paid $170 for the amplifier which he went to the junk yard to get it and the radio where he paid less then $100 for both parts. He told me that i could pay him $170 that he paid for it which was not the amount he paid and he would replace the wires himself which he is not even a mechanic. He also said that he would buy the feul injector that i needed for my car. i called about that and he said that his guy did not have the part. i told him that i know where to get the part around the same price and i would pay the difference, and he then said he is not paying cash for the part and he was not getting it any longer since his guy did not have one even though he said he would to begin with. I asked about him getting me the same radio that came with the car because i did not want 2 loose features, because i expected either the same or better. i didnt expect to loose anything. He tells me how you expect things to not work when buying a used car and dealers are in the business to make money even if it means not to be honest. After i bought the car, he also told me twice how he use to work at a place where they would spray something on peoples brakes just so they had to replace them. I would keep calling or visiting the dealership because they would never call me back about the same issues i was calling them for. I also asked several times about the title being sent to the bmv and he told me it was being sent last week. I called again and he said it should have been sent already, but i explained that i called the bmv and they have no record of it being sent in. I purchased the car on the 31st of August so almost 1 month, and the title has not been sent so i cannot register the car as of yet. Last week i called to talk to the owner of the dealership. The receptionist took my name and phone number and told me she would give him the message to call me, but i still have not received a call. I have been trying to resolve this issue, but i have been lied to and told that something would be done, but then they went back on their offer. All i wanted was my radio and amplifier replaced with the same one in their now or better with the same features as well as the part that he said he would get me. He has not done what he said he would do after trying to resolve the issues since the day i bought the car. They have nothing but lied, made excuses, and went back on their word. I will never buy a vehicle from this place and i would not recommend it to my friends or my worse enemies ever.

I bought my first vehicle here! the inventory on their lot is very diverse and they had very reasonable prices. The sales team was very respectful and helped me choose a car that was right for me and my price range. I would definitely recommend to others

Horrible place. Jeff is a major scam artist. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Only go here if you have money to waste on buying a car just to junk it.

So I got a van from heartland auto sales 9 months ago made 9 payments and then the transmission went out.So I called the dealership and told them about the van and I couldn't work so they financed me for another van had the van for not even a week and it start to over heat so I went back over there and told them about the problem there mechanic looked at it and said there was not enough coolant in it so I kept driving it and it was still doing the same thing so they had another man fix the fan and he made it worse so i called them and told them it was worse and Jeff said they couldn't do anything about it so now i can't work and i drive for a living i get paid $105 a day and when I miss work I don't get paid so I don't recommend this place to no one they are scam artist trying telling me they drove the van out of state and didn't have a problem with it which I don't believe that.

I Got A Pt Crusier 2008 From Jeff At This Lot , He Told Me That The Car Has Never Been In A Wreck But The Whole Front End Has Been Replaced And It Is Partially Hanging Off Its Missing A Screw. I Haven't Even Had My Car For 30 Days And My Car Was Shaking A Few Days Ago And Just Yesterday My Car Stopped Working. So I Had A Professional Mechanic Come Look At The Car Where It Stopped Working And Just So Happened That The Wires Were Disconnected And I Need New Spark Plugs , Transmission Is Almost All The Way Done And , The Engine Is About To Lock Up. When I Switch Gears It Stays The Same it Doesn't Switch. I've Only Had This Car Since Halloween And It's Already Given Me This Much Trouble. He Didn't Mention To Me All These Problems With The Car. So I Called Him & Now He Is Fixing The Problem. They're Putting In A New Engine And Transmission. I Am Very Thankful.
