The car buying experience at this place was like no other! The owner was professional upfront, reasonable and honest! The receptionist was the friendliest and welcoming I've ever encountered. I'm pleased to have done business with Kokoo Auto sales and would recommend any and everyone to choose the next vehicle they purchase from there! Happy customer!
Inquired about a vehicle they had on cargurus emailed me back a week later saying they had the vehicle still. Emailed them back never heard a response for another week. Called them cannot speak English at all sound like the lemon pledge maid from family guy on the phone can't understand them hardly. Did not want to talk at all about vehicle. Do not deal with these people they're a joke.
Understand that this is a buy-here pay-here. You are buying exactly what you see so be sure to check everything. I knew all the issues the vehicle I bought had going forward and was perfectly fine with it. Owners are nice as well. No issues from them.
