I bought a 2002 Chevy Impala from them . It worked fine for a few weeks and then started to over heat. My boyfriend got it fixed and I continued to pay my 300/month. On time and before time. Never was late on one payment. My car began to over heat again and would start and then shut down and begin shaking and locking up when I started driving. I called them and told them if I was to get it fixed, then could they take it out of what I owe left on the car, they said yes. Long story short, I DIDNT have to pay for that month but the head gaskets blew , and started flooding with water. I had a pretty good experience overall with customer service and my car at first, but then realizing they sold me a car that they knew would eventually mess up and I would be out of money for, it pissed me off. The only thing keeping my car from breaking down was my messed up water pump . After I got that fixed the head gaskets blew. And when I went to buy the car I was going to get a silver 2003 Impala and they said the gold one drove better. But it didn't. I should've got the silver one.
They are horrible and very rude don’t waste your time there they will just try to put you in any car.! They don’t clean out any of the cars they have on the lot and they just love changing their phone number so you can’t make your payments on time.!! I don’t normally write reviews but for this dump they are special so here you go.! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.!
Car was a decent price but they failed to disclose the issues the car actually had. AC fan failing, coolant leak (told there was no leak), hood latch "mysteriously" broke after leaving the lot, doors don't lock and unlock now, sun roof only tilts not opens up, tire is balding on one corner because of frame damage not because of normal wear and tear. Was told a lot from these guys about how nice the car is. Great shape this and that. At the end of the day all they want is another sale. Not honest at all.
I had a good experience. Jeferson is especially helpful. He was honest and not pushy at all. I will definitely be asking for his help when I come back.
If I could leave negative stars, I would. First off I bought a car for my son in July, the plates were to expire 8-22-17.. We went to get plates and they never even registered the car with the bmv! Secondly, the car now over heats. We took it to firestone and it is the water pump leaking, $1600 to fix the issue. I repeat, NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS CROOKED BUSINESS!
