Got a fair price for an oil change. The wait wasn't very long at all. The service manager was friendly and even took the time to look up any coupons I had for my car from Mitsubishi. They checked in with me before making any changes to the service request and even told me my tires didn't need rotated when I asked for it because the tread was just fine. How's that for honesty.

This is the worst place ever if you want to get your car serviced here. They service department is rude and tells you lies. I purchased my car from this place and my car started acting up 3 days later, then turned around and start acting up a month later. I gave them great hope to get my car corrected and they fix things on my car that wasn't even the problem and still charge me high prices to fix something that's not the problem. Then they told me I can trade my car in because my engine was bad and at that point they told me that my car is only worth $1500. And come to find out when I took it somewhere else, they fix the real problem, which was not the engine. The problem was my water pump. So how they get a engine problem and a water pump problem confused?. And my car is now running perfectly fine. So the moral of this story is they was trying to sell me another car that was going to be more than the car I purchased from them and nothing was even major wrong with my vehicle and probably sell it more than what I paid on the vehicle.
I had my car service here and the help is real nice and friendly. Would of gotten 5 stars but had to return the next day since the computer they needed to fix car was tied up.
