We walked in with details of the car we wanted and went through the process. The approval team listened and responded with exactly what we wanted. We left happy and in the car we wanted unfortunately our deal went wrong due to minor very important details and after "trying" to contact me after a month we walked back in with no options and asked for the car back. With little to no effort to try to save the sale. After some hard work our business was taken to a different dealer who was able to make a great deal. Definitely not going back!
