Tom Wood VW...I have nothing but good things to say regarding customer service and car repairs. However, after taking my car in for servicing reverently, I discovered that $7 was stolen from the console compartment of my car! It's not the amount but the principle. So, I suppose clearing your car out, prior to drop off, would be a great recommendation.
